Our privacy approach
Memora is designed as a local-first personal memory application. Memories you create—including text, photos, voice recordings, moods, tags, and optional details—are stored on your device.
Information stored by the app
Memora may store information that you choose to add, such as memory text, photographs, audio recordings, dates, moods, tags, people, and optional location descriptions. This content is used only to provide the app’s memory and timeline features.
Local storage and backups
Your memory content remains on your device. If you use the manual backup feature, Memora creates a backup file at your request. You control where that file is stored or shared. Anyone who obtains your exported backup may be able to access its contents, so keep it secure.
Accounts and data selling
Memora does not require an account for its core features. We do not sell your personal memories or use their contents for targeted advertising.
Device permissions
Memora may request camera, photo/media, microphone, notification, or file access only when needed for a feature you choose to use. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
Children’s privacy
Memora is not directed toward children under the age required to consent to digital services in their country. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an online account system.
Data deletion
You can delete individual memories or clear app data from your device. Uninstalling the app may remove locally stored data. Export a backup first if you want to preserve your memories.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Memora’s features or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
